Today, my friend and I visited the Oakland City Market Place. The owner said it's only been open 3 months. All I can say is WOW! They have room after room of beautiful things: furniture, accessories, clothing, purses, etc. The furniture has been refinished, the clothing mended, cleaned & pressed, jewelry, mirrors, lamps, small to large pictures and wall hangings. Everything is clean and beautiful, and the staff there is polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They will haggle the prices on things they own, but will not haggle on things they are selling for others. Even so, the prices are more than fair for the quality of their products. Trust me, I will go back to this store, and have already told others about it!!
