Located in College Park, Ga., North Clayton High School is an educational and career preparatory institution that is operated by Clayton County Public Schools. The high school enrolls more than 1,400 students in grades nine through 12 and was founded in 1937. Its academic courses include business education, English, math, social studies, fine arts, foreign languages, science and physical education. The high school provides a variety of athletic activities, such as football, basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, golf, swimming and wrestling. Its media center offers a large online database and various reference materials, including books, magazines, newspaper and journals. Additionally, it provides a wide variety of facilities, such as a cafeteria, media center, more than 40 classrooms, parent-teacher association and transportation.
