I placed an order by phone with Masterpiece for a high-end fan. Salesman was knowledgeable and nice. I was told it would be ordered factory direct immediately. I never received a tracking number. I had to call them when delivery dates were missed. Masterpiece sited factory back-order as reason for delay. Delivery was delayed three times. When third delivery delay was related, I contacted the factory only to find there was no back-orders on my fan. Masterpiece has verbally approved my order cancellation without incident.
