"We have been looking to purchase a Hyundai for quite awhile. Looked, test drove, and rented a Sonata several times. After dealing with many other car dealers we found Don Wood to be the most knowledgeable and down to earth salesperson we encountered. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us on something else. He was a pleasure to work with and we shall send customers to him!

Every visit to Jim Ellis Hyundai is a pleasant, successful experience. Joseph is a pro who recommends only the service that's needed and checks with me on even modest additions (like the clogged interior air filter this time). I've forgotten the name of the man who helped me with the loaner I needed to get to work. He made the transaction fast and easy. This week alone I've recommended Jim Ellis Hyundai to three co-workers. I'll be back.

As always, prompt, friendly, and professional service. If I ever buy a new car again, it will likely be a Hyundai and the performance of the maintenance folks would be a primary reason. "The sales experience is the best experience I believe I have had in purchasing a vehicle, from Don's knowledge of the car, the company, right down to making sure the air pressure was right. "I am very challenging to deal with and can over evaluate everything. though I would have liked the price a bit lower I feel the negotiation was fair and both parties came out happy. Darryl and Virginia did a great job dealing with my quirky personality and my never ending questions and comments. They are still dealing with that today even after the purchase and still solving all my issues and questions. -- SM"

Arcie was great and kept me up to date with everything to do with the process. Since I was buying a 2012 vehicle I had to wait until it came in, but Arcie went above and beyond and got the car that I wanted from another dealership in order to fulfill a promise. She was completely honest throughout the transaction and that in it self is something that you never see with a sales person. Jim Ellis Hyundai has changed my car buying experience forever. I will be sure to get or refer people to your dealership. Also Hau-B the manager was very nice and personable while my wife and I where going through the final stages of my paper work and both Arcie and Hau-B left me with no surprises. I truly am thankful to buy from such a prestigious car dealership and there honesty got me to buy a 2012 Hyundai Accent!

From my telephone conversation with Mick I had high expectations for the dealership. I can truly say that all of my expectations were met and exceeded. I've purchased three cars in the past and this experience by far has been the best. I've never had the opportunity to purchase a car right off of the delivery truck. That was perfect!!!! Just bought a 2011 Elantra from Jim Ellis Hyundai. The salesperson and finance guy work as a team. The handoff was smooth. We got exactly what we were told we'd get. When buying a car, it's nice to NOT get surprises. Good job, Wes. Two thumbs up!

My daughter's car survived the tornado's at the University of Alabama last week. It was time to have the oil changed so we thought we would mention it just to have it checked. They found that the engine mount was loose - not sure that it was from the storm or not, but probably - They took the extra time to check everything and that gives us some peace of mind. Thank you! --

Our buying experience was totally delightful. In the next two years, we will projecting to purchase two more cars. One for my daughter and one for myself. WE love the new 2011 Hyundai's. We bought a beautiful 2011 gray Elantra Limited with black interior and several service packages for my wife. This is her second Elantra. We purchase the first one in 2000. It is such great shape that we passed it on to my son, who just started driving recently. The car still looks like we just bought it and drives like a new car. The 2011 car has pleased us beyond our expectations. I hope all Hyundai owners feel as good about their vehicle purchases as we do. No buyers remorse in this family. I can't wait until its my turn to get a new vehicle! ( Hopefully soon) Keep up the good work! PS - A Special Request: Please ask the Hyundai MFR to introduce more choices to the American Consumers for interior colors other than the color Camel. It seems like every Elantra Limited that we looked it had a interior

I recommended Jim Ellis to someone at the Chick-fil-A right after I left the dealership after getting an oil change. He asked how I liked my Hyundai; he and his wife were deciding between a Hyundai and a Honda. I told him I love it and that he should compare Jim Ellis to Rick Case where he had already been. After we talked he drove over to Jim Ellis and met with Virginia Baxter. : ) -- Tamara Lopata (2011 Sonata owner)
