The worst customer service I have ever seen! The agent named Barbara made a mistake that cast me over $100 and charged me my credit card fees that she didn't tell me she was going to charge. I wrote her an email explaining how disappointed and upset I was about what happened, I was hoping that a manager of the office would call me back and apologies- nothing!

I do not recommend this company to anybody, there are lots of good honest visa companies out there, Go To Russia is not one of them!
