I simply called to ask what the price would be to shred 2 trash bags of documents. The arrogance of the response was very funny actually. He said $65. I asked what that quote was based on so I'd know how to separate for my budget if price was based on weight, volume, ect. He said that's what his competitors charge. I asked for clarification. He just threw in my face that he was actually trying to do me a favor by "giving" it to me for $65. hhmmm, ok, sooooo.....is that based on weight, volume? He said well, most bags weigh 35 lbs each, so I'm just doing you a favor. Ok, but based on what? That way I'd know what the priced stems from, so I can plan accordingly. His judgmental mind assumed I was being hostile and said to me" well, it seems like you just called here to argue!".....WHAT DUDE??!!! He has a built in filter about certain people, "ASSUMING" that group of people get a kick out of arguing. He needs people skills. He has zero idea of how to be polite and answer a simple question. Arrogant, snooty, "I don't need you, you need me" kind of attitude. WHEN THE ONLY TOOL YOU HAVE IS A HAMMER, EVERYTHING LOOKS LIKE A NAIL. I don't need a favor pal, I need a crystal clear picture of what the charges are based on so I can plan accordingly. There's a difference!!!
