Founded in 1967, Georgia Quick Start provides a range of work force trainings to various businesses. It delivers training sessions in classroom, mobile laboratories and plant floors. The company administers the Certified Economic Developer Trainer program, which was established in 1989. It serves the health care, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, biotechnology and automotive industries. Georgia Quick Start offers trainings related to robotic welding, quality testing and injection molding. It works in partnership with the Technical College System of Georgia, which provides customized contract training for continuing business support. The company also offers trainings related to assembling aircraft components and growing bacterium to produce vaccines.
