      I am curious if it is a requirement of Fulton County employees to be EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL..This also applies for the city of Atlanta employees..RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Always crowded, best time to come is right when they open. Also this place is slightly ghetto but you get what you need done.
