Provided by YP.comI'm a former board member for a property managed by Monica. I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed working with her. She did a great job helping us save money and prioritize expenditures. I especially appreciated the way she handled the transition to the new board. During the transition, an incoming member of the board had a misunderstanding of the covenants and bylaws, and as a result, began emailing a lot of untrue and unfair accusations. Monica handled the situation with aplomb, remaining objective in answering all her questions and explaining very thoroughly how the covenants worked. Her professionalism in this tricky situation was noteworthy, especially considering, well, I was ready to pull out my hair dealing with the new board member.
I thought she handled the situation very well, and I appreciated all her support she provided over the past year I was there. I hope the new board appreciates her as much as I did, and I am certain that she will continue to provide the excellent level of service as she has in the past.

Provided by YP.comI am very happy with the job that Eric has been doing he is by far the best Manager we have ever had on this property in the 12 years I have here. I would hate to lose him because of the incompetent people who call themselves board members, so no matter what some people might say about him I know that he gives it all with what he has to work with.

Provided by YP.comI have received exemplary service from Marc L from CMA. I am a real estate agent that does a lot of business in your community of Abbotts Bridge Place. I constantly have questions from buyers and sellers alike but I am confident to get the answer from Marc every time they ask I feel like he is part of my team because I am constantly relying on him but he never makes me feel like I am imposing on him. On the contrary, he is always very cordial, professional, and responds promptly every time! He truly is amazing and makes my job easier by his knowledge and follows through.
I sincerely appreciate Marc and would be lost without his assistance and his concern to keep this community beautiful, safe, and well maintained. He is a great asset to Community Management and I wanted to let you know from a Realtor’s point of view.

Provided by YP.comI wanted to write about the Tuesday incident (sprinkler pipe in attic broke causing mass flooding) to express how pleased I was with the way our management team handled the event. Paula did a great job, kept a level head, and for the first large incident she was here alone for, I commend her.
If I was to compare Kelly to a tech support hotline, she would get 5 stars. Her ability to deal with the Alarm Monitoring Company, Sprinkler Company, Clean Up Company, Allied Barton to establish a fire watch and Insurance Company all at the same time was nothing short of impressive. I know that several times when I called needing codes and information she was on the other line with one of these companies and texting Paula all at the same time.
Thanks to both of them!

I had amazing help and in no time Rosemary had it figured out & the problem was corrected. Thanks to you all for what you do!

The staff has been prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Absolute professionals. I know that things will continue running smoothly, as they have over the years, which is why my mind is at ease with CMA.

As a part of an HOA it can be trying at times to have a management company handle your properties, but CMA has been a great asset to our community! Efficient and professional sums it up; appreciate the hard work your team puts in on a daily basis.

Provided by YP.comI had to take the opportunity to let the public know how professional and invaluable the staff at CMA is. Before I started working with them, the community grounds I handled were barely maintained and there was a real lack of management on the property. Within a couple months of hiring CMA the community grounds turned back into its well manicured look, and with their great management skills the property truly did a 180. The board now depends on your team, with their great expertise and direction, when making decisions about the community. Thank you for everything!
