If I could give them less than a whole star I would. They are extremely money hungry charge for everything even with excellent insurance you are still paying a arm and a leg. They submit labs without you knowing and expect for you to pay plus you already have to pay for parking they do not validate. Then the blonde head finance lady is super rude she kept cutting me off when I try to tell her my concern. Their facility is nice put their staff is horrible. I had to give blood and even after I told the lady I normally give blood out of my hand she still wanted to do it from my arm. I let her try the first time no luck then she tried the same area a second time no luck at this point I’m annoyed cause one I already told her I give from my hand 2 she want to keep telling me relax relax go to a happy place I was relax and you not listening is annoying me. Alliance OBGYN had the privilege of delivering my baby but they will not see me again.... I do not recommend
