The company currently owns or controls more than 800,000 square feet of shopping centers in the Midwest and Southeast and more than 200,000 square feet of office properties in metropolitan Atlanta. Its retail properties are leased by companies such as Dollar General, Office Depot and Kmart. Founded in 1960, Abrams Properties is headquartered in Atlanta. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abrams Industries, which also operates Servidyne Systems and The Wheatstone Energy Group.
