I scheduled an appointment with Dr Coffey. Blood test were given 2 times. The 2nd time I was tested for low T. The nurse that was to draw my blood started to inject me with testosterone. I just happened to notice so I stopped her. She drew my blood at that point. As bad as this was, I still visited his office to help control my blood pressure. I had 3 visits and was scheduled a 4th in a period of 5 weeks. I asked the receptionist before I left the 3rd visit if they needed anything from me. She said no. She later called to remind me of the last appointment for the next day. I showed up for that visit. She screamed across the room" do you realize that you are deliquent $109" in front of other patients. I told her that they had not billed me. She then screamed across the room that it had been turned over to collections and they would not see me. I asked to speak to the Dr and police were called on me for asking to speak with him. I was polite. Unprofessional & rude service. Never again.

I was made to wait almost 2 hrs even though I arrived early for my appointment. I saw my name was crossed off the list but I was never called..was told someone 'forgot' to pull my chart. Then I was made to wait for test results for over a week, even thought I had called several times over several days, expressing anxious concern due to family history of cancer and I felt the hospital technician administering test indicated abnormal findings. I called several times over the following week and was told the office nurse was too busy to come to phone, they were shorthanded, then that the results were on the doctor's desk and he needed to sign it before anyone could talk to me. I asked if someone could please tell him and was told, very curtly, he was too busy seeing patients and I would have to wait. It's been 3 more days and I have yet to hear anything. I won't be going back to that office. To be fair, I think the staff is the problem, but ultimately it's the doctor's responsibility.
