We have used your pellets for 12 yrs and have no problem with the ash. We clean out the ash pan once a week. Our pellet stove is the primary heat during fall, winter and spring - heating 1700 sq ft using just under 4 tons a year. We have experimented with other brands of pellets and found the ash content to be much higher requiring more frequent cleaning. We have no problem with the size of the pellets - they have been consistent and caused no problems.

A local company with a super premium pellet. Very low ash and very high heat. Would recommend this pellet to anyone lookinf for a local and affordable heating source.

i've owned two pellet stoves for seven years now.i recently bought pellets at a store with your name on the bag,these pellets are the worst i've ever come across.the ash content in these are unbelieveable,i usually have to clean stove out every three days or so but with this product it's an everyday occurance.also the pettets are long,it makes my stove shut down,pellets are arching so i have to run the feed open more,using more pettets and running it at a higher flame than manufacture suggests.i will avoid buying these pellets in future,and will talk to store owners.granted i only buy 7 tons a year but i know alot of pellet stove owners.sorry about the bad feed back but i had to voice my opinion.
