Horrible service and no one answers the phone. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

Very poor customer service, and not truthful about fee. I paid annually, and I was still billed for the last couple of months. I was told they do not do that any more, but they sure were able to receive and cash my check for annual service. Inept at how to create good will, provide honest service, and tell the truth. I would suggest moving to a locally owned service with good customer relations. I certainly am doing that.

Terrible customer service and unreliable
Several times I have also had to call the office when my trash and/or recycling was not picked up, and usually had to speak to the same woman, "LaToya", who is incredibly curt and rude each time, insinuating that I did not take the trash or recycling to the curb the night before pick up, which I have done for the past 3 years. I told her as much today, and she HUNG UP ON ME. WTF? They have sent me past due notices when after I have promptly paid my bill ON TIME, and I even had to get the bank to call and confirm payment when "LaToya" could not find receipt of my payment. Lazy and incompetent. As soon as this quarter is complete, I'm switching to Republic. I usually tend to support local businesses, but Waste Pro has lost another customer.

As a commercial customer, many pickups have been missed and "Customer Service" and I use that term loosely, have given nothing but platitudes. "We'll look into it" "We'll check GPS truck data" must be tattooed on the forearms of their phone reps. How do they stay in business, oh yeah they're a racket.

Worst place ever! Take this from someone who knows first hand. I worked there. We had more misses in a day then we had to actually pick up lol. Bad customer service!! They don't respect their workers nor their customers!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Charge excessively for anything that does not fit in trash bin. Laugh about the charges and tell you they don't care if you look for other providers. Horrible customer service.

Since F4 merged with waste pro my trash sometimes sits until I call and remind them. Crappy service

Often doesn't pick up trash. I have been with the company for approx 2 years and have had to call to inquire at least 8 to 10 times as to why my garbage or my recycling was not picked up. Often the call back but my garbage is sitting on the curb still this weekend after 3 days and 3 phone calls. Not very reliable.

I've been with Waste Pro for over a year and have as of yet never received consistent service. They "forget" to pick up my trash and/or my recycling frequently. When I first signed up I had to call three times to request a holiday schedule and I am still waiting to receive it. The company does not follow up and does not do what it is suppose to do.

I found Waste Pro to be an exceptionally poor service provider. They consistently failed to pick up trash, and had to be called and reminded almost weekly (I had them for 6 months). When I finally cancelled service, they made me pay for the complete month even though the last 2 times they had to be called to be reminded to come. In their words: "Yes, but we still came". And then to be repaid for the remainder of the quarter, the office staff were incredibly rude. I can honestly say that I detested this company. I would suggest AAA or another company.
