Stopped in this store while on vacation in Aspen. College-aged son had a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers that he had purchased at a Sunglass Hut back in Texas. We stopped in hoping to get a temporary fix (a screw), but the awesome manager-- Mary Kay-- said that since we were on vacation and it would be a pain to wait until we got back to Texas, she would just exchange them out for new ones and she would send the defective ones back. She did not have to be so kind. She could have simply said, "Sorry-- I can't fix them. Wait until you get home." However, she took 30 minutes to attempt to repair, and it was right at closing time, too. Wonderful service. We were grateful and astonished at the customer service. Will definitely purchase my next frames from them.
