Michael Hoffman began his business career as a commercial banker. He founded his private law practice in 1993 to assist buyers and developers of residential and commercial real estate. Over the past 25 years he has learned a lot about what is important to clients as buyers, sellers, owners, landlords, tenants, and neighbors of, and lenders secured by, single-family homes, condominium units, ranches, hotels, office buildings, resort property and office buildings. We would like to help you with the development of real estate, the purchase or sale of a single-family residence, condominium unit, agricultural or commercial property, or to resolve questions related to the operation of a homeowners association and other real estate-related issues.
