Don't use these people. One of the men that works in the office yelled at my wirfe and insulted our family. He called our things junk also. All they care about is the money. We are making arrangements to move our things to another company Do not support these people. With the bad attitudes they will be our of business soon, hopefully.

I had no problem at all with this company (in fact was happy with them) until the redelivery of my 2 boxes. My contract states a re-delivery charge of $300 PER UNIT to Va Beach, VA. They have charged me $300 per TRIP (total $900), stating that I have to pay for each time the driver makes a trip. That is NOT what my contrat states. They are refusing to refund the extra $300 they charged me. If they do not make this right, we will be going to small claims court. BEWARE when using this company!
