Never agree to give STC credit card for convenient monthly billing. I have been waiting since September, 2011 for a refund of $1479.00 which was debited from my bank account for many months after I quit them. They say the check is in the mail. I say I didn't receive it. They ask for my new debit card info to make a direct deposit. I gave it to them. Still no refund. Time for the BBB and a lawyer. Cindy Seger, 606-694-0116

Opened an acct in Oct 2010 with a bank card for STC to auto-deduct the cost of monthly plan. Each month for 3 months, when visiting to tan, I would be told I owed $149. Only one of a few reasons I did not find my experience w/STC "indulgent". Annoyed after 3 mos, they couldn't auto-debit set up correctly, and fearing if I flipped them my card, they would "get it right" and I'd be double billed, I told them to close the account and left. Imagine my surprise almost a year later when I noticed in September, 2011, someone neither my bank nor I could ID had been debiting my bank account monthly for $149. I cancelled the bank card. Later the bank called to tell me it was STC. Immediately contacted them. STC claims to have sent me a check for $1479 in September, 2011. I did not receive it. They asked approx 6 wks ago for my new bank card # to make reimbursement. Now 2/28/12, a total of 6 months later, still no refund. Beware.

It's a very nice and clean tanning salon. I have referred 10 people whom now are members.

Sun Tan City is like no other tanning salon that I have ever been to. The beds are amazing they look awesome and the results I get are crazy. The staff is always so friendly, and always reommends the best products. Going to tan is my relaxation an get away from my busy day, and Sun Tan City gives me that daily.
