Don't even think about purchasing a Takagi product. I installed a Takagi tankless water heater in my home and I am in the process of replacing it with a regular water heater. Added installations of water filters, 'remote control' temperature control installation and numerous plumber visits/fees have left me with no choice; the product is completely unreliable; it does not heat water consistently when in use.I contacted Takagi about it and they just told me it was too bad, no warranty and no money back, not even partial reimbursement.Again, don't buy a Takagi product.Joe
