We are an Asheville based food truck serving WNC through special events, catering, weddings and private parties. Virtually all of our food products are local or organic. Our current menu has a Trout Po-Boy with a lemon, caper and bacon mayo, sweet potato fries with our own "Awesome Sauce," and a blackened grass-fed beef burger with blue cheese mayo.
