Returning once again ! Received My Daughters car from Moss after a minor accident repair, It was not correct but they did adjust the matter, and as of Last Evening the rear bumper pulled loose on the Camry simply driving down the interstate. This is totally unacceptable, and will be returned to them on July 12 for what I hope will be a decent repair. I have used this shop many times in the last 25 years, Seems the Pride once taken in their repairs has gone away. I am HIGHLY, HIGHLY disappointed, as Customer Satisfaction should be Top Priority in any Business !!

I have taken my Mercedes there twice and they have always given prompt and courteous service as well as excellent repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have had many things done at Moss over the years, when Wayne Taylor owned the shop. Understand the quality of workmanship is still the same. I seriously question the review where the Honda owner had problems.

Do not take your car here. I was involved in a car accident and they said there was no further damage to my car, so I got it fixed. A couple months later I get a call from the insurance company saying they received an estimate for more money from the company which put my car in a total loss. The body shop should have called the insurance company first to get it okayed but delayed it so they could make $$ from the work. I recently took my car to Honda for a recall and they said there is even further damage, more than likely from the wreck (that damage was not there when I bought the car, because I had it checked out by my mechanic). So now, I'm sitting here with a car that should have been a total loss that has more damage on it then Moss let on and having to deal with the insurance company still months later.
