As far as fixing my laptop, he did do that. My laptop wouldn't let me log on at all and he did fix that problem. He quoted me two possible prices on the phone, the high end of which was $140, of course it ended up being that much. Idk if it wud have been that much at another place but that was rly expensive. He said he wasn't working on anything else so mine was first priority, I dropped it off on Thursday, &it was there for almost a week. He went out on a service call Friday wen I called, the shop was closed sat &sun &I called Mon &he sed it shud be ready later that day. I called &he was out on a service call. I didn't get it for 2 more days. All my data was safe though, but the long wait and high price was a turnoff. Don't think I'd go here again.

I have all my pc and laptop worked on at Hanners.Chuck know his business.every job he has done on my pc and laptop was done very well and advise me to what was best to protect them from viruses and hackers etc.I have not had one problem with either since he did an upgrade on one and laptop was not working right and know it runs like a gem.He is one nice man and explain everything to me and I was very happy with the price,he even gave me advice about running my scans and how best to protect both of mt pc's-desk,laptop.I will only use Hanner's if I have any problems or want another up grade or any work.I have had my desktop worked on by somebody that does it on the side-what a mistake that was,it never worked right and I lost money on it.Chuck fixed the problem with a very fair price and I was very happy.Chuck and Bob will be the only ones who I will work on my computers-there the best around and great guys.If you need pc work done better go see chuck at Hanner's.
