Tokyo Sushi

This place isn't one of the luxurious sushi place i've been to, but the food is not bad at all. I had very good experience every time i go there. chefs give out big piece sushi and various rolls are the greatest. I didn't like how it is so crowded when the tables are all full, it feels like you are in one of the Asian market. But i have to say chefs are nice. Once you get to know them, especially the older chef (i think he is the owner), he gives out what is not in the menu yet to try.

Its your typical ""strip mall"" eatery, not a lot in the way of ambiance, but the food is very good. Have dined here several times before, the sushi was fresh and good and the other dishes were also well prepared.

If you're going for take-out sushi, this place is OK. However, we showed up about 10 minutes before they closed one afternoon and they refused to serve us, and weren't very nice about it. I've eaten there before, and their menu is standard, not very creative. Their fish has always been fresh, but the cuts are very thin. In general the food is good but they're not generous in their portions or their attitudes.

Pieces are large, somewhat fresh. Service as a bit to be desired as does selection. Just basics, nothing fancy. Overall, decent sushi.
