Ethel Hoppock Middle School serves more than 250 students in grades five through eight. The school employs a nurse, guidance counselor, instructional aide and subject teachers. Its curriculum includes Spanish, computers, writing, mathematics, science, reading and social studies. Ethel Hoppock Middle School offers classes in music, art, study skills, and health and physical education. The school s extracurricular activities include band, chorus, performing arts, and recycling and book clubs. It provides various sports activities, such as soccer, cheerleading, cross-country, volleyball, baseball and softball. Ethel Hoppock Middle School also offers special education programs for students with developmental disabilities. Located in Asbury, N.J., the school is a part of the Bethlehem Township School District.
