David Havel, now the President of New Vision Development Partners used to be the President of Sanctuary Homes. We purchased and had built a house by David and his then company in 2008. We recently went under contract to sell the house and was surprised and very disappointed by the buyer’s inspector’s results of our house. Not only did the inspector state that the siding was installed incorrectly, but two siding pro's and now my insurance company have also said the same thing, all within a 3 week period. Long story short, Mr David Havel will not participate in fixing the issue. Beware of the not only the materials he uses, but how it is installed. David will not stand by his work!!
