I have had Bronchitis multiple times and was always Seen quickly. Doctors and staff were efficient and kind.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! My daughter fractured her foot and needed to get an auth to see an Ortho. (Se was seen in ER for it) Not only did Eddie the guy who answered, lie ( he stated it is CenCal rules that she needed to be seen for auth. Cencal said they have no rule like that) but Julie the office manager called CenCal back and lied to them stating my daughter needed to be seen because she requested pain meds! NEVER HAPPENED! My daughter is allergic as I am to all pain meds! These are horrible uncaring people! Thank goodness as of January we changed Dr and no longer have to go there!
