My husband and I used the Valet services at a local hospital in the D.C. area. The valet that took our car had a plain black jacket on and could barely speak english, we had a hard time getting information from him to guide us to where we needed to go in the hospital, when we asked for a supervisor he was unable to contact one to help us with our needs. This was not too much of a major issue, the issue came when we tried to retrive our vehicle the valet seemed to have lost our key, we had to wait over an hour for our vehicle with little to no communication, all that was told to us was a valet had left the hospital with the key and they were tring to contact the valet and was very sorry. In the end we waited roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our key back, with nothing other than a half hearted apology, not even management contacted us. We informed the hospital when we got home and they were very sensitive to the issue and assured us it would not happen again. We will now self park.
