Bennett Park

I lived at the Bennett Park apartments for two years. The property managers have changed three times since I have been here. Sadly, each management company proves to be more incompetent than the last. Maintenance people are not empowered to fix any issue. They are only allowed to do inexpensive temporary fixes where the problem will undoubtedly return.

In addition to these issues, we have faced several leaks, air conditioning malfunctions, broken elevators(that still go to a floor but won't let you go anywhere) and poor building maintenance in common areas(ie business and fitness centers.)

I encourage anyone who is considering this property to save their money and look elsewhere!
