I am a former employee of this salon. I worked here for six months. In that time I witnessed the most appalling customer service and hygiene practices. I would never allow anyone I care about receive any service from this salon. ESPECIALLY any facial service. The products are old, cheap, and contaminated because of the missuses by the only woman who performs facials here. If you go to this salon there is no promise that the shampoo bowl you just put your hair in has been sanitized in months. They other review, mentioning the woman having her hair fall out after bleach being left on too long, I have witnessed on many occasions. There is no level of professionalism. The stylists come to work to gossip and play so don't expect anyone here to care about what happens to your hair (even if they burn it all of with bleach).

Hi my name dunya i went to jcpenny salon for first time today and i have ask them for coler natrual ambrey and the worker there seemed be nice her name was fatima and my hair is up to my lower back good condition but after she finish i looked in mirror and my hair was very damaged burn and start fallin off from buttom i was really upset n started cry she left the bleach on to long and put to much so tomrrw im planning on going back to talk to manager im really upset my hair all fallin out now i have cute all my hair
