It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The owner (I think his name is Don) gave me a very fair estimate. His bid was the lowest of 2 other colision repair centers. He explained everything clearly and answered ALL my questions. This was my first experience getting estimates on my car; hence my need to understand what would be done. I bought the car in within 2 days of the appraisal and it was done exactly the day and hour promised. It looks like it was never damaged and his paint job blended perfectly with the color of the car.

G & M Collision Center is the BEST place to take your car for body work. They repaired my car so it looked like new. Don did not accept the cheap bumper the insurance company wanted to use because the texture they painted on rubbed off on his hands; he got the bumper from Kia like the original one. They are courteous, reliable, professional and very economical. If you need a ride to the rental car business, Don will take you there. I highly recommend G & M.

After a recent accident we took our car to Service King and were very unsatisfied with their service and competence relating to the recommended repairs. A friend recommended G &M and we began working with Don. He immediately went and inspected the car and began to work with us through the process. He was very Honest and sensitive to our situation. I will recommend G & M to everyone that I know for all auto repairs.

Good business ethics, efficient, great quality, and caring! Don, the owner, personally made sure my vehicle was repaired quickly since my insurance did not cover my rental vehicle; and therefore, I was paying for the rental out of my own pocket. The quality was fantastic. I also want to thank Don for personally taking me to Enterprise Rental Car when the rental agency was to busy to do so. Now that's really going the extra mile or 8+! :)

I brought my car to G&M a little over two weeks ago, after I rear ended someone. Since I did not have comprehensive coverage on my vehicle, the cost of repairs was coming out of my pocket.



Don went out of his way to help me out on getting the cost down for most of the parts to get my car repaired. His team did a great job with the paint and body work, and the car was delivered on time, as promised. He also called me 2/3 times a week to give me status updates. Which was greatly appreciated!



When I discovered there was a part that had gone bad (it made the check engine light come on), he prompted diagnosed the problem, replaced the part FOR FREE and apologized for not catching it sooner. It's really rare to have service like that these days.

I need my passenger side mirror fixed, a truck has knocked out the mirror glass. I checked around for prices and had quotes from 200ish up to 600ish. I stopped in to G&M and Don quickly went out, looked at what needed to be done, took some info off the car and looked up the part. He quoted me somewhere in the mid $80's. I agreed and he called his local supplier to make sure they had the glass in stock. Lucky for me they did. Don told me he would call me when it was in and that I could just come up and they would do it then.



A few hours later Don called to tell me that my glass was in. When I arrived Don was half way out the door with the glass. He installed it right then and there. When it was time to pay my bill I noticed that the price had changed. Don only charged my $72 plus some change, he said he couldnt bare to charge me labor for what he did.

My family has used G&M Collision for years and they are the best. The cars always come out looking like they just came off the showroom floor. Don takes good care of you, will fight with the insurance company when necessary to get your car done right and keeps you in the loop as the repairs take place.
