I was able to get my defensive driving course done in a timely and efficient manner while working around my busy schedule.

I appreciated, now that I realize, the table of contents and the ability to see how far I progressed in the course. I also liked to see the page counts. Finally, I really appreciated listening to the reader at times and turning off the audio to read to myself. Great as always, repeat customer.

I learned a great deal, which should make me a much better driver. It was interactive and easy to use.

The two young men I spoke with in customer service were smart, courteous and charming. They answered my questions quickly and were patient with me. I appreciated how easy it was to talk to both of them. The course was a little on the corny side from time to time, but it was a welcome distraction on several occasions. I plan to recommend this course to my friends who may wind up with speeding tickets. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

I found that it was mostly entertaining, very informative and offers good reminders of how important it is to be a good, safe, defensive driver. It is remarkable how easy it is to take for granted just how dangerous driving is and how in the blink of a eye lives can change or be taken away. Thanks for the course.

I learned while having fun. I may take every other year just to make sure I am being a safe driver. my ticket was speeding, 8 miles over the limit, only because I had other things on my mind. and yes I was not paying attention to my speed, or anything else. I learned although I am mostly a safe driver, I do make mistakes and this course made me evaluate myself--way to go

Your voice actor does not really get the subtlety of the jokes that were written. That's ok, he was clear and easily understood.

program ran smoothly and I needed tech support to get started and they had me going in a matter of minutes!! So nice to speak to someone that was in the good ole USA instead of overseas. Keep up the good work!

The humor was a little dry... but otherwise fell in a good pace to break up the flow of the facts in each lesson.

I like the fact that I didn't have to read all of the material myself and that I could listen to someone read it for me.

I was really annoyed and disappointed when I found out I would have to be taking a driver's safety course. But when I started on it, I was actually really interested and learned a lot of information I didn't know. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm glad I took it.

I did enjoy the information and the lightheartedness of it, yet you still put it in a way that let's you know this is serious business, not fun and games.
