General Info

I am a licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. I have worked in the area of mental health for the past 13 years addressing a variety of mental health issues including, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, PTSD, Schizophrenia, addictions, ADHD. I have certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Have helped clients from adolescents to adult work through the trauma of abuse. I have a Masters in Marriage and Family therapy and can work with relationship and family issues as well. My theoretical approach to counseling includes, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; and Solution Focused Therapy. It is often that people feel stuck, helpless and hopeless. I will focus on your strengths while reframing those thought patterns that keep you from moving forward. I have experience working with all ages and populations. I have my own private practice working in a safe environment.I have a degree in theology and can provide spiritual counseling as well. I accept most insurances for payment.
