Service great, knowledgeable people. You need to ask a Question or need help, just push the Help Button and there will be someone there to help shortly. Returned a set of lopping shears with no receipt, no problem/replaced it with no questions. Beats Home Depot all to Hell!...

Very satisfied with visit. I was new to the store; personnel helped me at each section or guided me to where I needed to be. Seemed truly interested in helping me.
Each time we have shopped at Lowe's we have run into a problem. Returns are a hassle. Installations are confusing and expensive. And, check your paint to make sure you get exterior or interior. We received one of each the last time we bought some, and didn't realize that we had painted the outside of the house with the wrong one until we had one whole side completely finished (next time we will know to double check). Sorry Lowe's, but I only give 2 stars.
