In-Progress Construction Inspection: This inspection is performed at different stages of construction, insuring that a contractor has completed the agreed to stage before releasing funds from the construction escrow account. 2. Home Buyers Inspection: Once the contract has been signed, a Home Buyers Inspection is conducted. This provides the buyer with information about defects and/or needed upgrades. This is an important tool for the home buyer to have when negotiating with the seller. 4. Builders Warranty Inspection: A builders warranty inspection is conducted for the new home owner prior to having lived in the home for one year. It is important to know whether or not you have any defects that may not be seen by the untrained eye. After all, what good is a warranty if you don't know you have issues that can be corrected under it? 5. HUD/FHA Inspections: These inspections are sometimes required by lenders to meet the requirements of Government back loans.
