Without a doubt, this is the best family owned Mexican restaurant in the Antioch/Brentwood/Oakley areas. We've been dining there almost every week since they opened over a year ago. The food is excellent, especially the fajitas, carne asada, and the chile rilleno. The prices are affordable. The owners and staff make you feel at home and treat you like family. Our 4 year old loves the food, personalized coloring book, table visits by Allie & Rafael, and, believe it or not, the ladies room. We highly recommend Cocina Medina!

cocina medina is the best place to go for mexican food!!!! its fresh the drinks are awesome and the people they have working there are great. we go there at least once a week they remember what we order and sometimes our drinks or on the table as soon as we sit down. i noticed one day talking to the owners rafael and alie that they had a bunch of coloring books on a book case and asked what that was about. they told us that each kid that is a regular has their own book to color in when they come back. i love that !!! they truly make you feel like you are over at there house for dinner the way they treat you when your there. you should not think twice about giving them a try.
