My sister took my car in to get a oil change in Aug 26, 2013 and they said that I had to get my fuel line replaced (I did not like this shop already from what my friends told me, but my sister trusted them to do a simple oil change). I usually take my car to Ford Dealers because they do the 32 point inspection and they never said anything to me about my fuel line needing to be replaced.

Now, Nov 1, 2013 my whole fuel line came apart leaving my car stranded and almost causing my car to explode because my 1/2 tank of gas was now underneath my car. I then had to call the police station to inform them that I can not move my car (time being around midnight) and then call a tow and repair shop to fix Anitgo Auto's terrible job. That would cost me $174.

I then call Antigo Auto to ask for a refund because they clearly did a terrible job at fixing my car and that I would at least like a refund for having to get my car towed... they said "I'm sorry we can't refund you. You should have called us to repair it" Umm... I'm not in Antigo anymore jackwagons, I live in Menomonie. So what they expected me to do was leave my car stranded, call them complain, not get anything, then have to call another shop to repair it anyways

In addition, the shop I took it to in Menomonie told me that Antigo Auto did such a terrible job that they were surprised it was even able to make it this far and that whoever did this clearly had no idea how to replace a fuel line correctly.

Took my car to Antigo auto for oil change,new breaks,told was only going to be 2 hours ended up SITTING their 5 hours,got in my truck had a BIG crack in the wind shield ,was not their when I took it,looked at the crack the next morning and had GREASE on it from the grease gun,so the grease gun smashed my wind shield,called Antigo auto and HE said they would not replace it I can not prove it happened their.....THE grease is still on my wind shield if you would like to call me and fix it.I know accidents happen but you should fix what YOU ruin.The grease even has YOUR gold color to it ............................
