You pay the entire grounds water, including a car wash area and it's divided equally among the number of apartments. If you are one person, you pay the same boat for an apartment with six people. You have laundry in which you pay for. Fine, but you get tagged again on the same water cost. Double dipping. Be smarter and make sure you find a place where you pay the utilities that you use.
