This was my first experience with septic pumping and, thankfully, it was a great first experience. Brenden is a personable, no-nonsense and professional guy. My son and I enjoyed watching the process and learned a few things along the way. I recommend D&T without hesitation.
We returned home from a vacation in this FROZEN TUNDRA of MN to find our septic line was frozen and backing water up in our basement. After calling RotoRooter (they advertised 24 hour service and it was a Sunday night) the grumpiest service guy came and charged us a lot of money to confirm that the line was indeed frozen and were unable to "steam" it as promised until the following day at best. My husband found D & T Septic on line on Monday and reached the friendliest gentlemen who agreed to service us later that day. Brenden May, the owner of the family owned and operated business was Prompt, Professional, Clean and Compassionate to our situation. He serviced us following a long day and rectified our problem at half the price the big company had quoted. We highly recommend him and plan to use him for pumping services when the weather is warmer!
Last summer I noticed a large sink hole in my yard and called D&T Septic. Brandon came out on a Sunday morning and was very helpful, he identified the problem right away and was able to repair that same day. He was extremely fair and honest with the issue at hand as well as the price he charged for his service to repair on a weekend. He has also done Septic pumping at our home as well and we would hightly recommend this company to anyone in need of Septic Services.
