i have been to this practice for 10 years. their work used to be about quality..but now it seems it is just quanitity. dont even bother calling them if you have been in an accident. I have great health insurance, PIP coverage, and uninsured motorist coverage. if this is a 3rd party claim...and even if you have beeen a patient for years, they expect you to pay out of pocket. Their assembly line practice, over scheduling, and greed equal very poor patient care and absolutely no compassion for their patients.

This facility has serious ethical, moral, & eventuallyLegal issues. In an experience this year...my first of it's sort, I was shocked to find this facility had a specific receptionist & technician who work in collusion with a doctor & attorney to defraud both patients and insurance companies of professional care. For me it was additionally a personal and emotional experience...as I know some current & former doctors who have & continue to work at other branches of this popular Annapolis medical chain.
