rated at one star because: can't deliver the product, unresponsive inquiries; difficulty in making appointments which are convenient to the two members on the staff; appointment times are usually not honored

My appointments, sleep studies and equipment fitting were as best as you can obtain. All of the support staff, doctors and technicians were very helpful and went the extra distance to explain all aspects of my procedures and especially all my questions. They respond quickly to phone call inquiries and supply issues. A great team! I've been a patient there for almost ten years and I wish I had gone there sooner.
