I had my family move their business over to Packard auto The team is so nice and professional. They don't try to charge you for twelve things when you come in for one, but they do give your car a good once over each time, and I appreciate that. Very accommodating and easy to work with. You may need to call to check in on your repair (as opposed to them calling with updates), as they get slammed, but they have always been done on time. Highly recommend these guys!

I came here for an inspection when I go out of town. And oil chnage they have the best price and the fastest , and they did a great job. The whole process was very simple and easy, no hassle at all. Definitely recommend!!

Went in for a gas leak. Was charged $800. Was then verbally put down by the shop owner, who actually told me (verbatim) ""Women know nothing about cars."" (This was after I had demonstrated my knowledge of the problem.)
Oh, and the best part? A week later, the gas leak reappeared. Brought it to a new place, and they told me these guys never bothered to replace the seals or tubes connecting to the broken part. Those parts would have amounted to $5. Packard Auto is a bunch of sexist cheapskates. AVOID.

THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR CAR! I recently bought this 2005 Camry from a dealer. After a few days, I could feel this whistling noise whenever I accelerated. I took my car to multiple mechanics and none of them could diagnose the issue and find the reason. Infact some of them even told me that this was normal for a Camry, whereas I knew that Camrys are supposed to be quiet and smooth. Finally, I read about Packard Auto and decided to take a chance. K.C was kind enough to go with me for a test drive (something very few shops do) and actually get a feel of the problem I was facing. They took in the car and gave me a complementary ride back home. They diagnosed and found that it was caused due to a cracked sepentine belt I was really impress and they are my new shop in town Thank you so much packard auto

My car broke down when i called for a tow truck the said about an hr and they got to me within minutes which was GREAT. the took me to this fabulous shop named packard auto the service was awesome. i was impressed!!!

affordable This is the 5th time I have brought my vehicles to their shop. Each service was prompt, and a reasonable price. Best they did not use the shotgun approach to fixing everything, and gave your cost benefit analysis on whether it was work fixing compared to the value of your car.

Terrific service! Packard Auto are really good with the ((HONDA)). He test drove my car and identified all the outstanding issues. Was able to repair the fuel pump relay that had been given up for good. I am very particular about my car and expect my mechanic to pay attention to the details (particularly with Honda ). I spoke with KC who was very helpful and professional better than most places As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with Packard Auto. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. Excellent Service I used Packard auto to service my 2009 Toyota as I just purchased it from a private sale. I was referred to them because that was where the previous owner maintained and serviced his vehicles. My experience was exceptionally positive. I was getting an oil change and had a couple questions about the car, when I got there I was greeted with courtesy and escorted to the waiting area. While I was waiting a service man promptly came over with answers to my questions. The waiting area was very clean with alot of reading material. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service Department and will be using them for all future services.

I'm new to citysearch but not to auto repairs.These guys are so helpful and honest.I just can not say or do enough for what they did for me the day I got stuck.KC was especially helpful getting me to the shop from WalMart..I agree with Google,s review on another site I am a member on -I have found my new mechanics.

Great place! IEveryone was super nice and they got it done fast. This place seriously is the best auto shop EVER ! I have been to half a a dozen others and I have never even had a positive experience, so this place was just shocking :-) Please give these people your business, they have earned it and you will see why every time you go.
