Hmmm...let's see...mismeasurements during construction resulted in sloping floors we had to make them fix, they did not inform us prior to purchase that an easement runs through our yard, then without notice they dug a big trench through that easement after we'd already put in our lawn. This trench became a pool for a rancid standing water mosquito pit which was only fixed after we, along with our neighbors, threatened a class action suit. Many drywall flaws had to be fixed. The person involved with warranty work told us flaws with our floors and drywall had to be expected for homes in our price range. I suppose that is because we only paid a quarter of a million for our home. I generously give 3 stars b/c after all of the repairs and replacement of finishing materials, we do have a very nice home now.
