We used the first free session for our son, 1st~ while streaching my first time 6 year old, the instructor hurt him so bad that he cryed, altho tring to be a big boy he couldnt hold back the tears (for the first time they shouldnt have pushed so hard on him back!) 2nd~ the instructor did want to hear any comcerns my son had. 3rd~ i dont know how all the others work, but u cant go in and watch you can only watch through small windows and you cant see in most spots. my son if not a whinner, hes not one to cry in front of strangers hes not like that, and the only way i saw him hurt him was because i snuk in to watch, and it clearly says no parents allowed past the door. a few red flags there. we will try another one! part of the reason to put him in this is to help with sport and self asteem, i dont see it this one doing either, if anything it hurt his self esteem. :(
