Jujutsu: A Traditional martial art is an enjoyable and effective system of self-defense and character development. Judo: Both a traditional martial art and an Olympic sport. You will learn throwing and grappling skills while you cultivate a strong body and fighting spirit. Iaido: The way of the sword, is a martial art form that began as an off-shoot of kenjutsu. Kendo: The Japanese sport of sword fighting where Shinai (bamboo swords), along with protective armour are used.
