I have lived at Ivanhoe House Apartments for about a year now. The month to month renting option and location are amazing. But DO NOT move into this apartment complex unless you... 1.Go to bed at 9 pm and don't have multiple people over at a time due to the large number of senior citizens residing in the buildings who are completely stuck in their ways (you WILL get noise complaints) 2.Enjoy having a landlord (Pam) who acts like your mother and who is hot and cold about everything. She will knock on your door at all times of the night and day with minor ridiculous questions or concerns. She is never straight to the point. 3. Want to be judged by this community. You can pay your rent and be a respectful neighbor, but in the end if you do not fit in, prepare to be squeezed out. Pam never asked my fianc's occupation; and he is a gardener for a medical marihuana dispensary here in Ann Arbor.
