Donald Corporation: Our ServicesProvide us with your conditions of service for the equipment you are seeking and we can help you find a pump, compressor, heat exchanger, or machine installation device that will best satisfy your requirements. If you are not sure what your conditions of service are, we can help you determine those as well. We are familiar with the installation of our equipment and the problems you encounter when operating it, so we are prepared to help you every step of your way. We will never sell you equipment and then disappear. 1. Pump and Equipment Sales 2. Pump Repair and Rebuilding You should know that Donald Corporation can repair all the machinery that we sell. We can also repair other manufacturer's machinery even if you did not buy it from us. Our service technicians and machinists have many years of experience with vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps, propeller pumps, submersible pumps, and positive displacement gear, vane, and lobe pumps. 3. Fire Pump Testing We have 20 years of experience testing fire pumps and we use testing equipment with traceable calibration to assure that our testing provides you with accurate data. 4. Compressor and Vacuum Pump Repair We can perform routine maintenance on your reciprocating or rotary screw air compressors or on your vacuum pumps in your plant. Also, we can rebuild air elements in our shop. We can convert your air-cooled compressor to water-cooled or vice versa. 5. Gear Box and Cylinder Repair We regularly repair gearboxes for cooling tower fans, mixers, conveyors, and pumps. Also, we repair hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. 6. Vibration Surveys We can provide you with an on-site visit from an Unisorb engineer who uses state of the art vibration analysis equipment: for SITE QUALIFICATION to assure that the performance of a machine installation is predictable; or for VIBRATION ANALYSIS to determine individual machinery installation problems and then make recommendations for their resolution; or for DETAILED STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS using COMPUTER MODELING or FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS to assure that unwanted bending and twisting of your machine or foundation does not produce adverse machine performance. 7. Machine Foundation and Inertia Block Design We can provide the services of a Unisorb professional engineer using the vast experience from their machine installations to design a machinery foundation that will result in the issuance of a P.E. Stamped construction Drawing Package ready for issuance to a construction contractor of your choice. 8. Operations and Maintenance Training We can provide training for your operating and maintenance personnel for most industrial and fire pump systems. We have many years of experience selling, trouble-shooting, and repairing pumping equipment and can share that experience with you and your personnel. We can tailor a training session for your needs and schedule it so that it optimizes your employee's time.
