I was very pleased with the Hope Chest's selection and the individual attention I received while deciding on my dress. Sue was very patient and helpful and brought many dresses for me to try on. The one I decided on needed some alterations so Kristen came in to fit the dress and the lace over-coat. She was heaven-sent! She altered it perfectly and put in extra time to bustle the dress and the coat opposite, so the best of both showed. She was so sweet and after finishing my dress she helped me with my youngest daughter's dress. It had been poorly altered somewhere else and not only did Kristen give her the extra room she needed, but she also corrected the other seamstress' work. And all in 1 day! She's totally amazing and I would highly recommend her quality work to anyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My sister went there to get her wedding dress and the initial visit went well but from then on, it was a NIGHTMARE! My sister ordered her dress 4 months before her wedding and the seamstress assured her that it would be ready. We waited for the call that the dress was ready to be fitted but it never came. Finally, 3 WEEKS before her wedding, my sister called the seamstress to see what had happend - the seamstress hadn't even STARTED on my sister's dress yet! She had been putting all of the PROM dresses before my sister's wedding dress!!! Then she made my mom and sister go to her house to get the dress but wouldn't let my mom go in with my sister! She said that only her "customer" was allowed in her house, even though my mom was the one paying for the dress! She exploded at my mom when she told her it was unproffesional of her. The cops were needed because she was acting so crazy! The shop didn't accept any responsibility for the seamstress either. The whole thing was horrible!

From the time I scheduled my first appointment, I have received nothing but the best customer service at The Hope Chest compared to the other bridal shops I visited. They are very accommodating and even allow you to take pictures, which most shops don't. They have always been prompt in calling me or emailing me whenever I need their advice, and Kohleen has been absolutely amazing to work with. She makes me feel like I am the only bride in the world and that she truly cares about my happiness and satisfaction with everything. She helped me find the most beautiful dress as well as the cutest bridesmaid dresses to compliment it perfectly! I have another appointment there this weekend to try on my dress and pick out my veil and jewelry, which I can barely wait for! I have told every engaged girl I know to visit The Hope Chest, and I will continue to do so, because every bride deserves to feel as special as they have made me feel!‎

The best in the twin cities metro area. I went to 6 other shops with my mom and they were by far the best. They were so personable and attentive, and I felt like my wedding was almost as important to them as it was to me. I can't say enough good things about them and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know who gets engaged

Choosing The Hope Chest Bridal was one of the best decisions I ever made (besides choosing my new husband, of course)! They were so helpful and they really attended to my needs. I found the most beautiful dress there and I didn't see anything like it at any of the other shops I visited. We ended up dressing our entire wedding party in dresses & tuxedos from The Hope Chest as well. My mom was so happy with her dress that she wants to find more places to wear it to. My sister just got engaged, and we will definitely be shopping at The Hope Chest and NO PLACE ELSE, because they give the best service like no place else I've experienced before or since.

I got it all done at one place from my dress to bridesmaids, tuxes, invites, accessories my mom's dress and even our flowers! I originally found them in a bridal magazine, and boy am I glad I did. They had the best selection of dresses I'd ever seen, and the mom & daughter team (who were so knowledgable) allowed me to feel very comfortable. They helped me with every step of my wedding planning, so it went very smoothly. My dress was beautiful, the bridesmaids dresses were so fun & flirty, and we got a ton of compliments on our tuxedos even (weird). It was all thanks to them because they seemed to have the same vision for my wedding as I did. It was a great experience! They even gave us a free honeymoon--I couldn't believe it!
