My husband was scheduled to see Dr. Librodo in the Emporia office. When he got there the doctor was not even there. He had to see his assistant. They never informed him that the doctor would not be there. They charged a $25 co-pay which we paid. Normally the co-pay to see a specialist would be $70. We got a bill for the difference 6 months later. I don't think they should be able to charge a specialist fee when we didn't see a specialist. Waste of time and money.
