My son ordered flowers to be delivered by 1:00pm and paid $10.00 extra. They came at 5:00pm with a door hanger saying to pick them up tomorrow. I called and was told they were never informed by the online company and to take it up with them. I was understanding and polite, but she was rude and defensive. She never apologized for the mix up and made me feel as if I was putting her out by asking them to redeliver the flowers. Do not believe their website, bad service and rude owner.

Ordered flowers a week early for delivery. They call my wife and leave a voicemail telling her their changing the delivery address. She tried to call them back to ask where they were delivering to and the put her on hold for 20 minutes. Later I called and asked them about the change and they said they were busy (very rudely) and put me on hold. Trust me, don't use this flower shop.

It's the worst flower company I have ever come into contact with!!! They do not even deserve a star rating! If you schedule a time to have your flowers dropped off, don't count on it! They will not deliver nor call to set up a time to deliver! Then, when you contact them expect a ton of stupid excuses. We ended up having to go somewhere else after 3 days. Rude unprofessional people!!!
