After 3 years of attending my children I finally had it with their staff and decided to confront the doctor. Not only was I treated unfairly but was disrespected by their staff. On almost all of 2007 till this day the receptionist kept messing up. On several ocassions they refused to attend my children. They neglected to mail us our balances after our insurance paid them their half of all of our prior visits to their office. After more than 1hour of wait time I stood up to them to question was taking so long. They couln't verify our insurance! Finally when I questioned the doctor about his staff he said he couldn't do anything because he was only an employee regardless of the fact that it was "Family Owned". With that said I asked to have my childrens files ready so I could take them with me; next thing I now their manager/human resources says she couldn't do that. Funny how just 1 month ago their receptionist said to us when ever we wanted to take our files just to let them know and they would hand them over to us. Next thing I know the manager says $25 per file. Not even their stories matched! After 5minutes of requesting a paper stating how much the files cost along with their signature so I may return with cash to pay for them they refused to do so. I seriously don't recommend this doctor and their other locations in santa ana. Unless you have medi cal or cash out of your pocket you're just going to have a hard with them. You don't have to go through that find you self some real professionals who can help you!!! I'm very dissapointed!
